Meet Your Teacher
Dr. Athena Perrakis holds a PhD in educational leadership from the University of Southern California, and was a professor of leadership at both the University of Southern California and the University of San Diego from 2000-2013. She began her metaphysical training at the age of 15, and has studied under master teachers in Wicca, Reiki and a variety of diverse shamanic and spiritual traditions and practices for over 35 years. She founded Sage Goddess, the world’s largest metaphysical online platform, in 2011 and is the founder of Magical Entrepreneur, Wax & Wane, and Athena’s Lair. She has authored four best-selling books, which have been translated into a variety of languages and distributed worldwide.
Her passion is the intersection of magic and enterprise, helping people find deeper meaning for their life’s work and improve their relationships.
For the first time, Athena is teaching online programs that blend the best of western Academic training in business, management, and leadership with esoteric and spiritual wisdom. She is also teaching a program called Wax & Wane that offers community gathering space online after every full and new moon ceremony as well as astrological forecasts, live intuitive readings and guidance, and spiritual wisdom.
